Katherine Walkem

It has often been said that music is the language of the soul; a language that is universal.

Sharing her love of music with others, Katherine has taken this belief to heart throughout her career as a musician.

Based in Reading, Berkshire, Katherine is a piano teacher, giving lessons privately and in schools. She is an accomplished pianist, accompanying music exams and holding the position of pianist / organist at Tilehurst URC.

Katherine has recently done some conducting work, including warm ups and sectional rehearsals for both large choral societies and chamber choirs.
